Lips You Love - 14 Day Return Policy:
We take great pride in the superior quality of our beautiful lips products & want you to be pleased with your beautiful lips purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date your purchase arrives. All items and any free product offers must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you return a partial amount of merchandise, you will forfeit the free product and receive a refund on the discount price per item based on the total purchase.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Lips You Love.com, keeping the following in mind:
- You should return the item to us within 14 days from the date your purchase arrives (we track each order through registerd post through to ensure delivery dates).
- There is a $10.00 restocking fee for each unopened item.
- We do not accept items back that have been opened or used. Opened Items are Non Refundable as we are unable to sell these due to health & hygiene reasons.
- Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.

Requests must be made via email and submitted with your order information and explanation of the why you wish to return the product. We will then send you instructsion for the refund.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 14 day period. Lips You Love.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued to your credit card within 21 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

4. Beautiful Lips - Shipping & Postage
Lips You Love charges $15.00 for shipping or postage on all orders that require box packaging - these include Lips You Love Lip Plumpers & The Total Cosmeceutical Lip Spa system & all Lip Machines. All other products are charged at $5.00 for postage. All prices included on our website do not include shipping & postage which will be added automatically to your order.
All products will be shipped the same business day if ordered before 3PM or the following business day if ordered after 3PM. Our standard shipping takes from 2 to 10 business days depending on which country you are in. For international orders, we ship via Registerd Post. Generally international shipments take 10-14 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. All Orders are sent in plain packaging & at no stage will anyone become aware of the content of your parcel when delivered.
Orders for multiple products will be sent together once per order, however we reserved the right to conduct separate shipments subject to stock availability. No extra charge will occur for seperate shipments.
5. Customs and Duty
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.
6. Sales and Distribution.
Distributors & affiliates will not sell any product on eBay, Amazon, any of their affiliate's websites or any other auction or discount websites or online marketplace. Prices do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind that may be applicable to the sale, licensing, marketing or distribution of the products. Distributors understand and acknowledge that all sales are final and that they are not entitled to return any product for a refund. Lips You Love will not be responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues.
7. Cancellation Policy.
Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please read through our beautiful lips information and bigger lips content and order carefully. 9. Follow Product Instructions
Lips You Love should never be painful if you follow the instructions provided with your Lips You Love Edition. Bruising should not occur if the conditioning process is carefully followed. If you do not follow the instructions carefully then bruising or swelling may occur. If you experience bruising or discoloration then stop using Lips You Love immediately until the bruise goes away or following medical advice. You can then begin the conditioning process again to gradually build up fluid in the lip tissue and enhance your lips to get more beautiful lips and bigger lips.This Product Caution section specifically outlines the Conditioning process you must carefully follow - stage by stage in order to achieve the full potential & natural fullness and results you desire; without any discomfort or bruising or other adverse effects.
There are 2 essential stages you must go through in order to attain increased lip size.
The first Beginner Stage is for new users. It is essential that you follow these instructions - 14 days prior to moving onto the next stage of Lips You Love conditioning program. You will notice results straight away but they are not the final results that you can enjoy from this product. So you have to be patient and not get excited and carried away by over using it, as some overzealous users may do.
New Users please note it is essential to properly condition your lips for 14 days. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid bruising your mouth and lips area.
- Place top [marked] mouthpiece of device over your mouth area.
- Hold firmly in place with your forefinger & thumb on each side of the mouthpiece. To create an airtight seal suck the air out of the mouth piece.
- Keep your lips together, pull cylinder slowly out with the opposite hand & allow the device to pull the lips into the cylinder.
- Hold for 3 seconds and release. Breathe and repeat for a total of 5 x 3 second pulls – slow and steady motions produce fuller natural looking lips.
- Repeat steps 1-4 twice per day (once in the mornng & once in the evening)
Generally new users who are excited and keen to see immediate results can be overzealous in their attempt to enhance their lip size dramatically. This can produce some minor bruising. If you experience minor brusing then stop using Lips You Love until the brusing subsides and then start again at Stage 1 (followng appropriate medical advice).
The second stage follows after the 14 day Conditioning Period where you can now proceed to increasing your pulls to 6 x 10 second long intervals. Please remember to keep the pulls long, slow & steady. Following the instructions of the 2nd stage you will produce Lips You Love – naturally increased lip size for 4 – 8 hours at a time.
Advanced stage – which is the stage at which your lips will extra fluid accumulation. The Advanced User has generally been using LYL for 3 weeks & realises its full potential in increasing lip size. You are advised not to exceed two minutes continued use more than 3 times a day. It is here at this stage that you will attain long lasting lip enhancement of 6– 8 hours.
The Lip Conditioning cream can be applied throughout the entire conditioning program after each use to hydrate & condition the lips. Full ingredients for the cream are on our website and we have included them below again for you:

Therefore bruising should not occur if the conditioning process is carefully followed. If you do not follow the instructions [sent with your product), then bruising or swelling may occur. If you experience some minor bruising then stop using the Lips You Love device and allow some time for your lips to heal & rejuvenate & seek medical advice if you choose.
The lip plumping effects last a very long time varying with every individual and the way in which they apply the device. Remember Long Slow pulls in the advanced stage [after 3 weeks use] produce natural looking long lasting results. You will have to be patient in your quest to achieve beautiful natural looking plump lips.
10. Lip Conditioning Cream
Please also note the Lips You Love conditioning cream ingredients below. If you have any allergies to any of these ingredients or to any other cosmetic creams or solutions or products then please do not apply the Lips You Love conditioning cream until you have sought appropriate medical advice. Lips You Love conditioning cream should be applied once in the morning & once at night – just apply evenly to your lips. If you have any concerns then you should seek advice from your doctor before using Lips You Love to get more beautiful lips or bigger lips or any product sold through this website. Using the Lips You Love device according to the instructions’ should have no effect on dental work – but please use at your own discretion and responsibility.
